Study Tour to Bali Island

The second day when the junior SMP 2 Bantul group arrived on the Gili Manuk at 04.00 on December 16 2011, then we went to the hotel in Denpasar. This hotel named Bali Yuai. We arrived the hotel at 09.00. We felt happy though tired journey. Today we went to the Art Center, Tanjung of Genoa, Shrine Uluwatu, and GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana). But before leave us a break.

We went to the Art Center at 10.30, we were there to saw a lot of art from Bali. But we were only there for a moment to pray Friday. Our prayed Friday praying at Al-Ikhsan Sanur Mosque. We also had a rest after Friday praying. Then we went to Tanjung Genoa in Nusa Dua, Bali. We arrived there at 14.00 and had a rest first. Then we travelled there to play water games that exist. There were a variety of water games, exercise banana boat, diving, visiting P. Penyu, etc. we were happy there because of the beautiful scenery and lots of facilities.

Then we went to Shrine Uluwatu. We arrived there at 15.00, Shrine Uluwatu is a temple located on the top of the cliff. This temple was also located near the forest monkeys in the temple so many monkey searched food in the Shrine. The visitor arrived at the temple are menstruating should not enter the Shrine because the Shrine is a sacred place. The scenery was very beautiful Shrine.

Then at 17.00 we went to GWK. GWK is a tourist attraction located on calk Mountains who is beautiful, so stunning scenery in the GWK. On GWK there was statues of Garuda and Dewa Wisnu but yet still not 100% completed. In the GWK you also saw a variety of regional dances of Indonesia. GWK is very interesting!

Then 19.00 we went back to the hotel and rest. Bali is very interesting and amazing. I love Bali. J (NURDIEN/VIII B/17)
